RGA South Herts is about more than martial arts, self defence or fitness. It is about family, community, perseverance and developing a means to face any challenge in life.

Established in 2021, Roger Gracie Jiu Jitsu South Herts is the only full time BJJ academy in Borehamwood, South Hertfordshire. Providing kids and adults Jiu Jitsu as well as MMA grappling/no Gi sessions for all levels. We provide instruction under the guidance and according to the systems of 10 time world champion Roger Gracie and his father, Godfather of UK Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Mauricio Gomes.

We welcome complete beginners through to accomplished and professional martial artists of all ages and genders.
